We have partnered with Canada Post to provide you with fast and reliable service to anywhere in Canada. Just indicate the delivery address when you check out and we'll send you an email to confirm your order.
Once an order has been processed, we are not able to upgrade or change shipping methods. We are also unable to modify or cancel the items on your order once it has been confirmed.
Merchandise can only be left in a secure location. If you're unavailable to receive delivery, the shipper will leave you a notification card to indicate how to obtain your order.
Orders from certain brands (ie: Briggs & Riley and Samsonite) may be processed and shipped directly to you from their warehouses, so please add an extra 3-5 business days
At this time Vancouver Luggage Warehouse does not offer international shipping.

Within 14 days of delivery of your shipment, returns may be made in their original condition for a full refund. Please include a copy of your invoice or a note indicating the invoice number, your name and address. Unless Vancouver Luggage Warehouse has made an error in order processing or shipping, return shipping fees will apply. Refunds are made within 7 to 10 business days after receipt of your return, which will be in the same form of payment originally used for purchase. If your purchase qualified for free shipping and the total amount of your purchase, after the products have been returned, is below the minimum purchase amount required for free shipping, your credit card will be charged the amount shipping would have cost. Depending on your bank, please allow another 7-10 days for the refund to be processed by your bank.
*Items must be returned in brand new, unused condition, with all hang tags and packaging intact.*
